Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we cancel that line and refund it in full without affecting the rest of the order.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT for EU and UK destinations. We correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if one affects your order, giving you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.
Demonstration build
This site is a demonstration. No payment is taken, no order is placed, and no personal data is transmitted. The checkout flow is simulated end to end and clearly labelled as such.
Intellectual property
The NORTHFORM name, wordmark and site content are the property of NORTHFORM. Product photography is licensed for use on this site only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
