What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

- Delivery information shared with the carrier to complete a shipment
- Aggregate analytics about how the site is used, without cross-site tracking
- Marketing preferences, where you have opted in
Local storage in this build
Your bag and saved items are stored in your browser using localStorage. That data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing us. We respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
