These are sample policy summaries for product demonstration, not legal terms. Replace them with reviewed policies before launch.
Cancellation and refunds
Demo bookings can be rescheduled or marked cancelled in My Bookings. This does not contact a supplier or trigger a refund. A production cancellation policy must specify cut-off times, fees, refund timing and supplier-specific terms before checkout.
Privacy
This demo stores preferences, saved items, enquiries and demo bookings in local browser storage (and on the demo API server when it is running). It does not send data to a third party. A production site needs a privacy notice, retention rules, consent controls and secure backend storage.
Terms of use
ROAMORA is a fictional travel product concept. Prices, review counts, destinations and availability are illustrative and must not be treated as an offer to sell travel services.
Accessibility statement
The interface aims to use semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, labels, reduced-motion support and responsive layouts, and is checked with automated tooling. Full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance requires testing with assistive technology and a formal audit.
Do not publish these demo policy summaries as legal documents.
