About Pathwise

We build for the space between ‘done’ and ‘next’.

Pathwise exists to make the work between people as reliable as the work inside any one tool.
Mission
Every request should have a clear path, a named owner and a visible next step — without anyone having to chase it.
Product principles

What we hold ourselves to.

P1
Ownership is never ambiguous
Every stage of every run has one named owner. Shared queues are allowed; shared responsibility isn't.
P2
Automation should be readable
If a rule can't be read back as a plain sentence, it's too clever. People need to understand why work went where it did.
P3
Context travels with the work
A handoff should never require the next person to go looking for what happened before.
P4
Measure flow, not activity
Counting tasks rewards being busy. We report where work waits, so teams can fix the right thing.
Our story

It started as an internal tool for one operations team.

Sample company story for this template — replace it with your own.
01
The spreadsheet
The founding team ran operations at a growing company where every cross-team request lived in a shared spreadsheet. It had a column for ‘owner’ that was usually out of date.
02
The internal tool
They built a small internal tool that gave each request a path, an owner and a timer. Within a quarter, other teams were asking to use it for their own processes.
03
Pathwise
Pathwise is that idea rebuilt as a product: a way for any team to put its cross-team processes on a clear path, connected to the tools it already uses.

Use ‘Forgot password’ on the sign-in page. If your workspace uses single sign-on, reset it with your identity provider instead.
Admins can invite members from Settings → Members. Requesters don't need an invitation — share a form link with them.
Open the run and check its log. Each rule evaluation is recorded with the condition values at the time, so you can see which condition wasn't met.
