06 — FAQ
Questions, answered.
When does Orra One ship?
Pre-orders ship in December 2026, in the order they were placed. You won’t be charged until your speaker leaves our warehouse.
Is it really waterproof?
Yes — IP67 means fully dustproof and waterproof to 1 m for 30 minutes. It also floats, so a pool drop is a non-event. Rinse it after salt water.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 24 hours at moderate volume, around 10 hours flat out. A full charge takes about 3 hours over USB-C.
Can I connect it to other speakers?
PartyLink pairs two Orra speakers as a stereo pair, or links 100+ into one system. Mini, One and Max all work together.
What’s the warranty?
Two years as standard, plus 30-day no-quibble returns. Batteries are replaceable by our service team for the life of the speaker.
