Lumen collects highlights, links and voice notes from wherever you read, links them by meaning, and hands a few back each morning, right when they are useful again.

HOW IT WORKS
Save it once. Lumen does the remembering.
No folders to maintain, no tags to agree on. Capture in a second and let your library organise itself around what you are working on.
Capture from anywhere
Highlight a page, forward an email or talk into your phone on a walk. Everything lands in one inbox with its source attached.
Connected by meaning
Notes that say the same thing in different words find each other, so a podcast quote sits next to the book behind it.
A daily review that sticks
Five notes each morning, spaced so the good ones come back before you forget them. Keep, snooze or let go.
Search the way you remember
Type the gist, not the exact words. Lumen finds the note you meant, even when none of your phrasing matches.
A DAY WITH LUMEN
It works in the background of your day
You never open Lumen to organise it. It shows up three times a day with something worth your attention, then gets out of the way.

8:30 · Morning
Five notes with your coffee
Your daily review picks a handful of notes you have not seen in a while. Two minutes, and the good ideas stay within reach.
11:00 · While you write
Notes appear beside your draft
Open a document or a meeting doc and the side panel lists what you have already saved on the topic, with sources ready to cite.
18:45 · On the way home
Capture without sorting
Say a thought out loud or share a link from your phone. Lumen transcribes it, files it and links it to what you already know.
DARK MODE
Easy on the eyes
after dark
True black surfaces, calm violet accents and type that stays readable at midnight. Lumen follows your system setting, or picks a side when you ask it to.
True black surfaces
Kind to OLED screens and late reading sessions.
Contrast you can read
Text and accents tuned to stay legible, not just moody.
Follows your system
Switches with your device, or stays the way you set it.
FROM EARLY READERS
What changes when your notes come back
I stopped re-reading my highlights out of guilt. Now the right one shows up while I am writing, and I actually use it.

My literature review used to live in four apps. Lumen found two papers that argued the same thing in completely different words.

QUESTIONS
Things people ask before they start
Something else on your mind? Write to us and a person on the team will answer.
No. Lumen files every capture into threads by topic and links it to related notes. You can rename or merge threads whenever you like, but you never have to.
Can I bring the notes I already have?
Yes. Import Markdown folders, HTML exports, CSV files and the highlight exports most reading apps offer. Your existing structure comes with you and becomes a starting set of threads.
How does the daily review choose what to show me?
It mixes notes you saved long ago, notes related to what you are working on this week, and anything you starred, then spaces repeats so each note is worth seeing again when it comes back.
What happens to my library if I stop paying?
Nothing disappears. Your notes stay readable and exportable as Markdown at any time. The free plan keeps capture and search working; only the resurfacing limits change.
Who can see my library?
Only you, unless you share a thread. Your library is private by default. [Add your encryption, hosting and data-processing details here.]
