Builder basics

The builder is a canvas with a left sidebar, a top bar and a right inspector.

The canvas

Zoom and pan like a design tool: pinch or Cmd/Ctrl + wheel to zoom around the cursor, hold Space and drag to pan.

Device switch at the top shows desktop, tablet or phone. Styles you set while a device is selected apply to that device and smaller.

Select by clicking. Text and headings select directly; containers select outermost first and drill in with further clicks. Double-click editable text to edit in place.

Rulers and padding handles show measurements; drag a padding handle to change spacing.

The left sidebar

Layers is the page tree. Drag to reorder, click to select, toggle visibility.

Insert (the + in the header) opens Templates, Sections and Elements.

Data lists page variables, resources and events.

Animate picks entrance and loop animations.

AI rewrites copy or generates sections from a prompt.

The inspector

The right panel is grouped like a design tool: Layout, Size, Position, Typography, Fill, Border, Effects, and a Content tab for element-specific settings. A selector at the top switches between the base style and hover, active and focus states.

The top bar

Undo and redo, device switch, preview, share link, and Publish. Autosave keeps a draft as you work; nothing reaches your visitors until you publish.
